Please note that you should check
your order carefully upon arrival and notify us immediately if
any part of your order is not as it should be.
We are happy to exchange a product within 7 days of purchase as
long as the product has not been used. Unfortunately, and in the
interest of hygiene, we cannot offer this service on Cosmetics,
Consumables, Shavers, Earrings and Underwear.
In the unlikely event that your garment or product is faulty, we
will happily refund/exchange your garment/product, provided that
you have notified us in writing (by letter, email or fax). This
does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
/ Redelivery Fee
Should you wish to
cancel your order, you have 7 working days (following the date
that you receive your order) to notify us. Items must be in
pristine condition, in original packaging and unused, otherwise a
charge will be made. All return costs must be borne by the
customer and proof of postage must be secured and retained.
All orders over 1kg in weight (or £70 in value) are sent by
Special Delivery/Courier for insurance reasons. This requires a
signature at the address you specify. In the event that delivery
cannot be made you must collect the item from the Sorting
Office/Courier. If the order is returned to Miss Groovy, you will
require to pay for re-delivery.
Please call Miss Groovy to receive instructions before sending
any goods back to us. This is very important as some goods have
different procedures for return. This will assist in faster
processing of your return.
Any un-authorised returns will be refused and charges will be
made for returning the goods back to you or forwarding the item
to the correct location for warranty purposes.
All returned items should be sent insured via recorded delivery.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of
returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in
error or the item is faulty. We do not collect goods.
Miss Groovy UK Ltd advise you for your own protection to retain
your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for
packages, which are damaged or lost in transit. Miss Groovy UK
Ltd requests that goods should be returned in their original
sealed packaging where possible, with labels intact. In the
interest of hygiene, goods must be unworn, and unsoiled (we do
not accept returns of cosmetics, perfumes, consumables,
underwear, shavers, earrings etc.) and in re-saleable condition.

Miss Groovy UK Ltd is entitled to make a charge for damaged or
missing items and this may affect the total amount credited to
The consumer protection (distance selling) regulations require
that the consumer will provide written notice of a cancellation
(by letter, email or fax) within 7 working days. The 7 working
days start from the day after the day the consumer receives the
goods. Once Miss Groovy UK Ltd receive notification from you that
you wish to cancel your order (in accordance with these terms)
any sum debited to Miss Groovy UK Ltd from your credit card in
relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card
account only, as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days
of your order.
